TAX REFORM BILL FOR 2018
On December 22, 2017, a bill was passed called the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act. This new bill effectively cuts the corporate tax rate from 35% to 21% beginning in 2018. The top individual tax rate drops to 37%. It cuts the income tax rates, doubles the standard deduction, and eliminates personal exemptions.
